I am currently the Manager of e-Business Systems for Ascolta Training Company, where I am responsible for designing, deploying, and maintaining operations of all Internet-enabled information and training systems. As the "owner" of Ascolta's Web space, I built e-commerce revenues to greater than 50% of total revenues. I also manage the development and launch of Ascolta's e-learning services, including "virtual classrooms" and self-paced curricula.
I have taught courses in Small Business Management, Strategic Marketing Management, and a variety of Computer Science classes at Orange County colleges. I was also the first marketer at an Internet start-up firm. As the Sr. Product Manager, I was responsible for developing ZLand's first line of Web applications and managing 3rd-party products. My products went from the concept stage, through launch, to over $1-million in revenue in less than a year.
As an entrepreneur and consultant, my background is equally diverse. I have performed projects ranging from marketing research & planning, information systems analysis & design, Web site design & development, human resources management, and marketing training. My clients come from industries such as hospitality, electronics, technology, media, and non-profit.
