Strategic Marketing Planning The deliverable for this service is a complete marketing plan.  The specific components of the plan are prescribed according to the individual needs of the client.

I review any existing plans and analyze the resources and competencies of the organization.  I also consider the market and competitive environment.  Finally, I identify the client's strategy and objectives.

Information Systems Analysis & Design The deliverables for this service can include a requirements document, technical specifications, or a design plan for the information system.  The specific documentation is prescribed according to the individual needs of the client.

I evaluate the existing information systems and conceptualize the client's information processing needs.  Special care is taken to identify specific marketing or business objectives for the project to address.  I then design systems to meet the project's objectives.  Design may include models, prototypes, and descriptions.

The client approves the milestones of the development to ensure that the final design meets the objectives.  I match the objectives to the product of each phase to ensure the final deliverables achieve the desired results.Top

Web Site Design & Development The final deliverable for this service is a functioning Web application.  It is supported by documentation to guide me through the development lifecycle.

The initial step is to identify what the client wants to accomplish with a Web application. This leads me to create a requirements document for approval.  The technical specifications, publications plan, and design are derived from the requirements.

This design process allows the subsequent development and publishing to produce a Web site that meets the needs of the client.  I can also follow up the launch of the Web site with an Internet marketing campaign.Top

Internet Marketing Campaign The deliverable for the campaign is a promotion plan document.  It defines the activities I perform in the campaign and the involvement of the client.

Internet marketing combines technical tasks, such as programming, with traditional marketing communication activities.  I design Internet marketing campaigns to augment the organization's existing promotional tools and optimize the visibility of the Web site.  The intent is to maintain integrated marketing communications.

New Product Development The deliverable for this service is a product-marketing plan.  It includes product definition, pricing model, distribution channels, promotional tools, positioning and marketing message.

New product development typically begins with market research and analysis of the marketplace and competitive product offerings.  I define a new product to fit with the existing product line and resources of the organization.  I also consider the marketing strategy and objectives. The intent is to develop a product that the client can bring to market quickly and profitably.

Marketing Research & Analysis The deliverable for this service is a report of the results of the research.  The report includes research methodology, analysis of the results, and recommended actions.

This process begins with identification of the problem or issue that the research will address.  The research design defines the major activities.  They usually include exploratory research, questionnaire development, surveying, data analysis, and reporting.

The purpose of conducting research is to identify a marketing opportunity, shed light on a market issue the client would like to consider, or find a solution to a marketing problem.Top
