I served over six years at the American Association of Critical-Care Nurses (AACN). As the E-Learning Manager, I was responsible for the courseware development and production operations of the AACN E-Learning business. Under my management, it grew from less than a $2-million business right through the Great Recession to over a $5-million business in just four years.
I also spent over six years at Ascolta, where I was the Manager of e-Business Systems. I was not only responsible for the Ascolta Virtual classroom but I also conducted Ascoltas electronic marketing and search engine optimization. I managed the development and administration of the Ascolta web site, extranets, intranet, ecommerce, and other Internet-based business systems. Developing a dynamic online course catalog and schedule of classes, I built ecommerce to over 50% of the organizations total revenues.
As the Senior Product Manager at Zland, I developed a line of Internet-based business application services. I took the products from pre-concept stage, through development and release, to the first $1-million in sales — all in less than one year.
