Here is a sampling of my clients and a brief description of the consulting projects I performed for them.
|
Ascolta Training Company
Internet Information Systems Management: Ascolta is not actually a client, it is my current employer. I am responsible for the successful design, deployment, and operation of all Internet-based information and e-commerce systems. They include extranets where we make it easy for our customers to manage the training of their employees, an intranet that facilitates the execution of our internal business functions, and our corporate Web site where we communicate with the public. I am also responsible for the design, deployment, and operation of our e-learning environments.

GreatEqualizer.com
Project Management: This site allows learners to receive training at the convenience of their own computers. My role in this project started at the beginning, when I played a pivotal role in the design of the site. I used the deliverables of the design phase to guide me in managing the development of the site and coordinating the activities of the multi-disciplinary resources applied from concept to launch. I am also the lead on all ongoing enhancements to this e-learning environment.

Country Inns & Suites
Employee Performance Evaluation: I designed a system for evaluating the performance of the employees of the Country Inns & Suites. It is a participatory system that provides feedback to the employee so that (s)he is aware of the criteria on which (s)he is evaluated. It is designed to reward behaviors valued by the organization.

Genovation
Marketing Research & Planning: My client wanted to identify the direction of the market for input devices for computer technology. I researched the market and made recommendations for product development. Genovation is now targeting a niche where it can be successful with its limited but highly skilled resources.

O.C. Register
Training Marketing Management: The Orange County Register invites trainers onsite to train its middle management on a variety of topics. I participated in the Strategic Marketing Management portion of the program, which also included curricula on all the major business functions.
